If I could give this place zero stars, I would! This had to be the biggest dump I've ever seen! Upon arrival and seeing what the exterior looked like, we knew our room would be just as bad or worse and we were right! The beds felt like they were about to fall thru...none of the pillows matched...the room smelled horrible...there were black hairs everywhere around the sink...no phone in the room...when I poured water into the coffee pot, it had all kinds of gunk floating in it! U could tell that this place didn't care about cleanliness! Also, there was never anyone at the front desk when u needed them! We always had to call the cell phone number that was taped on the door! Once the lady would come and unlock the door, u were instantly surrounded by her little lap dogs....barking and yapping and her having to stop talking to u to tell the dogs to hush! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! After we got there and saw what our room was like we frantically called around trying to find another place to stay, but everything else was full! WARNNING to anyone looking to stay there: if this is ur only option, stay in ur car and wash at a gas station because I promise u'll feel cleaner! We will NEVER stay there again! If I was the town of Sneads Ferry, I would be ashamed to have such a DUMP in my community!

Okay I feel bad leaving a one star review for this place's first yelp review, but it really earned it. I was trying to find a pet-friendly place to stay in the area for a weekend trip to the beach, and this was the only place I could find at short notice that still had vacancies. The staff was incredibly friendly and personable, but our room just didn't feel clean. We aren't incredibly picky people, but the room was dingy and poorly lit, smelled like mold, and clearly hadn't been cleaned. The refrigerator had been spray painted in the room, so there was spray paint on the carpet. I could go into more detail, but overall things weren't what we felt comfortable staying in. We ended up just using the room to give our dogs a place to cool off during the day, and didn't stay the night.
